Details of the issue:
After trying several uninstall/reinstall attempts of FTB, graphics drivers, and Java I've yet to uncover the reason as to why the launcher won't load any of the modpacks.​
 
Do you have a dedicated GPU? If so, make sure to direct Java to be using that instead of any possible integrated graphics.
