I have a private modpack and server where several people play. We keep randomly crashing to desktop with errors logs generating there.

This has been going on for a month now. In my search I really only came across people saying "update video drivers" but that hasn't worked. Also I find it a bit strange that everyone on the server has this. It also happens in SSP. I've tried increasing the permgem size... I don't know what to do.
Any insight as to what's wrong is appreciated
