[Factorization] Item Filter Upgrade

Hello guys, can you help me with one trouble? I setup Item Filter Upfrade on my router, but I need to exclude extraction, not include. I extract my items from the turtles, which places Mining Wells, and then dig it. I need to extract all things from turtles except Mining Wells.

As I know nothing about item filters/routers here is a possible workaround: pull everything out, then put the mining wells in another location. after offloading the turtle, have the turtle move over to the other location to resupply on mining wells?

No, turtles stand on the same position and they moving with Redstone In Motion (Template Carriage). I think, I found how to replace router with some tesseracts.
