Details of the issue I took from my friend the optimized FTB Infinity Evolved (Forkage jar, deleted not optimal mods, edited configs for minimal graphics) build, but it runs for a long time and does not produce more than 1 fps.
A friend gave an even more optimized assembly, but it also lags with 1 fps.

How to force a modpack to run from> 10 fps?

Laptop: HP 650
Windows 7 x64
2 GB RAM
2 cores of 2.40 GHz
Integrated chipcard Intel HD Graphics (probality, i'm not know)
