Extra Utils 2 - Quantum Quarry issue

Seem to be having a strange issue wit hthe Quantum quarry in Extra Utilities 2, i have positioned it correctly,with the Quarry in the center, and the actuators on all sides, with a chest attatched to it, it is receiving power by a Flux point , but doesnt want to mine.
I have tried both in the Overworld, and the mining world, but it makes no difference, i have also checked the config,and it is enabled, so im not too sure whats happening
