Details of the issue:

ImmersiveEngineering{0.7.2} [Immersive Engineering] (ImmersiveEngineering-0.7.2.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized->Errored

Cant get any of the IE versions to work.​

Immersive engineering probably requires newer forge. Check its release notes.

Im running the latest 1.7.10 forge : 10.13.4.1614.

Have also tried to run an older forge, 1558 in combination with IE 0.7.2, as someone suggested this somewhere else. No luck with this either.

Any other thoughts?

Ah right, did not know there was a difference in Forge Mod Loader and Forge itself.
I have downloaded the latest FML, and ran it. It installed it to my %appdata%/.minecraft/versions , but whenever i load the pack via ftb launcher it does not have the updated one. Am i supposed to install it elsewhere?

Anyone could help me out on how to update the FML? I must be doing something wrong, as when I run the file to install the newer version nothing changes. Even when i delete the older version first.
