Error trying to make a SF3 server

i followed the guide from a relevant youtube video guide on making a SF3 server, im using the twitch client, and i downloaded the server files from there, but when i try to run "ServerStart.bat" it runs until i get a error message saying

Error: missing `server' JVM at `C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_241\bin\server\jvm.dll'.
Please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components.

ive made sure i have the most recent version of java, and when i try to go to the location in the error message it stops and there isnt any "server" folder

You need to download and install the latest Java 8 64-bit version and try again.
