Error please help

It would be nice to see if anyone can solve this error, as I am having similar errors on my server. For auto-backups you can use Forge Essentials and the Backup module, then configure it to the time interval that you want to use for the automatic backups.
 
Okay, I have learned how to read errors and the error tells me that there has been a crash, somewhat related to Forge. Try re-installing or updating the modpack and any plugins/forgemods you have added manually
