Error-Main Class 16000

I apologize in advanced if this was already discussed, i looked and could not find anything. When trying to play Stoneblock3 I receive this error message.
Error: Could not find or load main class 16000
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: 16000
I checked to see if it is just Stoneblock3 and Inferno does it as well.It seems as its only the newer packs, I have tried older packs and they work just fine. I have updated Java,unistalled and reinstalled FTB launcher. I am unsure of what the issue is, ive tried to do as much research as I can and came up with nothing. Im currently using Windows 11. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
