Error: Java Virtual Machine Launcher

Hello,
My problem is about the FTB launcher v1.2.9. In short, when I launch any mod pack, the launcher close and a message from java said that the program will exit (Java Virtual Machine Launcher, Could not fin the main class. Program will now exit).

Information:
Operating System: Windows XP 5.1
Java version/update, bit type: Java version version 7, update 45, 32 bit
Location you'er downloading from: Canada
Launcher version: 1.2.9
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): yes

You might have missed point 3 and 6 from the troubleshooting guide.

Your issue is at line 91.
You have a severely outdated Java that's interfering. You need to uninstall it.
