Windows .exe [ERROR] Exception during modpackfile

FTB Launcher version:1.0.3 (the latest one)
Minecraft Version:1.4.2
Java version:1.7.0_07 (I think, 80% sure)
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: Load up the launcher in a fresh folder, it stays on the same screen. Where the modpacks should be is: "Please wait while mods are being loaded..." I can add my profile, but it won't launch the game.

Thanks for the info, the servers are clearing up and stuff is starting to work again.
