I had this problem as well, and a quick search told me that creeperrepo- where FTB is hosted- times out downloads after 10 minutes. On a slow DSL connection like mine, it might take a few times downloading it.
What is your connection speed? If you don't know, go to www.speedtest.net and come back with the results.
That's just above what mine is, so likely it's the same problem. Just keep trying, and make sure nothing else is accessing the internet at the same time- don't load web pages, close any music or video streaming you're doing, etc.
