Error downloading game

so I wanted to get feed the beast because I was watching a youtuber play it, when I am on the launcher I have logged in and selected the direwolf20 pack and then click launch, it then comes up with error occurred during downloading the game please help, when I go onto the launcher it comes up with this in red at the bottom: oading map information...
Address family not supported by protocol family: connect: java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect
loading texture pack information...
Address family not supported by protocol family: connect: java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect

I am rubbish at detailed computers things so please help!
