Error after start launcher

Getting error after start of launcher.
[19:19:28] [ERROR] in Launcher AuthlibDLWorker.doInBackground:61: Authlib Download Failed
Before it getting an warning.
[19:19:28] [WARN] in Launcher TwoStacksPlainSocketImpl.socketConnect:-2->SSLUtils.printServerCertChain:101: Generic socket fail: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Where is an error?
What i need to check?
Please help.
