Is there a config setting to turn tooltips on, in EnderIO (the new mod)?

Looking at a conduit filter GUI, I see faded images of the items I put into the filter but, being colour blind, I cannot see what they are - the pastel shades make it even more impossible (if that's possible!).

Mouse-overing doesn't show anything more helpful.
