Summary of the problem EnderIO Combustion Generators stop working after going to the mining dimension

What is the bug? I have 6 Combustion Generators, and whenever I go through the portal to Aroma's mining dimension and back, anywhere from 1 to all of them simply stop doing anything. They aren't generating power, consuming hootch or water, and they aren't animating. They are all full of hootch and water, but they have no power in the buffer, and they say "generating 0 RF/t" at the top.

Is it repeatable? Set up Combustion Generator with Hootch and water inputs, output power to something, visit go through the portal to Aroma's mining dimension, (possibly have to wait a little while), come back through.
Known Fix Workaround: break and replace the Combustion Generator(s).
