Ender IO is laging my 1.12.2 when there are 3 or more people

So, we have recently added Ender IO in a CustomNPC Based sever, and we expeted a lot of problems, the server is exploration and boss dungeon based and Ender IO is just for automatizate the dungeons, loot chest and item saving when die, but now we have a ton of lag and desconections in the server

Ill atach a SS with the mod list, pleas help
