Summary of the problem Ender IO Conduits not connecting

Pack Version 3.0.6

What is the bug? Ender IO conduits won't connect and have a broken texture after login and when I mine them i don't get them back.

Mod & Version EnderIO-3.1.164

Is it repeatable? Yes, every time I Log out and back in.
