Enchantment Router not sorting right

I have a problem with the Enchantment Router. I want to make a library for my enchanted books and I have a router behind each bookcase. I have BC pipes betweem the routers. But of some kind of reason the router just spit out the book without moving it further if the book dont fit in it...

any ideas?
