Electrical Engines... How do they work?

Hey guys!

Electrical Engines... how do they work?

I am familiar with Tekit, but first time playing with FTB.

I have my fully charged MFE connected to an Electrical engine via Glass fibre cables, then to golden conductive pipes going to a Quary.

When I turn the engine on, it receives power, but has 0 MJ/t output and the heat on it just climbs.
No activity from the Quary and no visible power in the gold conductive pipes.

Any help on this would be great as I cant seem to find anything on this in a google search....

Make sure you'r adding a wooden conductive pipe between the electrical engine and the golden conductive pipes

The engines are on if the heat is rising. It sounds like he forgot wooden conductive pipes.

You need to put a wooden conductive pipe instead of a golden pipe on the engine

they work just like other BC engine they just run on IC2 power
