Electircal Engine upgrades

Hello,​

For some time I've been using electrical engines,​

until some day I went to the wiki for some info and discovered there that these engines can be upgraded to output 20 mj/t,​

until now mine only reached 14 mj/t,​

it's been bugging me for a while so I searched and found nothing,​

could someone help and tell me where are these missing 6 mj/t or if it's a false info?​

My main question is if the electrical engine can output 20 mj/t, because the max i've gotten so far is an output of 14mj/t
