Dynmap with FTB: Disable worlds

I have a bukkit server running FTB and I added Dynmap to it and it works great. I am trying to configure it so that only the overworld is viewable on Dynmap, however all of the other dimensions are showing up. I tried whitelisting them and disabling them, but then my server would not start. This is an example of how I was disabling them in worlds.txt:

-name: DIM-100
title: "DIM-100/Underdark"
enabled: false

Perhaps ask bukkit.org with issues on bukkit plugins, they usually provide better help as thats where most devs are. For example I haven't used Dynmap in over a year and have no idea ;)
