Title DW20 Suddenly started crashing

Details of the issue I've been running my Direwolf20 server for a few months now, never with any issues. Now today, it's crashing and I can't move or interact with anything. The server can't keep up and keeps falling way behind. I've ramped up a good amount of automation lately, but I doubt that's the culprit. I've increased the MAX_RAM to 20480M and the permgen to 514M just trying to feed it more juice. Any ideas?

I think I've got it figured out. Scanning through the report I spotted something about the refined storage controller. Base was low on power and was probably flickering the controller on and off. I removed the controller and restarted the server, wired up power straight from the sources and it seems to have stabilized.
