Problem DW20 server won't start efter recent update

I cant start my server after i updated the direwolfpack to 5.2. the server is using McMyAdmin.
usuaslly i just rename the moded jarfile to minecraft_server.jar and upload it together with the mods an configfiles, and it works fine. now when i do that the console tells me that it cant start the virtuel machine.

i tried chaning the server to a ForgeMod.jar server and then rename the moded jar to ForgeMod.jar. and then upload the files the server. but then i get this message in the console:

I dont get any crash repports just this in the McMyAdmin console.

I fixed it, apparently the .jar file in the pack contains forge for minecraft 1.5 white the version of minecraft in the pack is 1.4.7

i downloded Build 6.6.2.534: 2013-02-24 23:03:06 for MC: 1.4.7 of forge and put it in the jar

this fixed the server it would run, but then i got a world memory leak error. this was fixed by following the steps provided in this thread:
