I can't get a recipe in NEI for the tier 0 soul shard, I can't craft the recipe DW showed on his mod spotlight either. is the mod disabled or something?
 
didn't help much, still don't know how to make a soul shard. I had already build a soul forge.
 
Yeah, I scrolled over it too quickly, didn't know that I had to use the essences as fuel. thank you :)
