If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Details of the issue After playing for several weeks, a weird bug started today. When mining any ore (coal, gold, copper, tin, bauxite), the ores disappears after they are picked up. I thought maybe my Iron Backpack was responsible, as it has a void upgrade and a mining upgrade applied (but worked normally until today), so I removed the backpack and stuck it in a chest - ores still disappear however. Regular cobble, diorite, granite, etc all get picked up as expected (in both the backpack and without it). The tool doesn not matter - I tried vanilla picks, tinker picks, Psi - to no avail. I removed all gear except an angel ring - still happens. I removed everything but iron armor, vanilla pick and restarted the game from the curse launcher - still happens!

Additional troubleshooting:
  1. I backed up the world save folder to desktop, used curse launcher to remove DW20 1.10 profile & backups. Then I installed the DW20 1.10 pack again, copied the world folder back in, and restarted - the bug persists - so it seems that the ore-void bug is persisting through the save folder somehow.
  2. I quit and started a brand new single player game: no bug, so the bug seems to be something item or mod related, and something that gets saved in the "saves" folder - I was thinking it might be Iron Backbacks, since the behavior is that of the void upgrade; it is almost as if my body has a void upgrade applied to it.
Additional info: I did misplace my original Iron backpack and built a second one, and later found the original - but that happened days ago and I didn't have the void bug until today.

More testing:
  1. I tried to locate my other backpack but failed. I might have stuck in in a trash can at one point by mistake. I wonder if somehow this old "deleted" backpack is somehow receiving the items by mistake?
  2. I removed the upgrades from the one Backpack I still have, (Precision deposit, void, mining) and reinstalled just the precision and mining upgrades - bug persists. There is a large patch of coal nearby - I mine the coal, it drops as an entity, then disappears/voids when I pick it up. (I am avoiding mining other ores until I figure this out)

Still more testing:
  1. I tried a fresh install using the FTB launcher instead of the Curse launcher, and copied the world save back over again. The problem persists.
  2. I tried a vacuum hopper to collect the ores that drop from mining - and it works. (but wait)
  3. I tried moving an existing ore from a chest into my inventory, and that works.
  4. I left one iron ore in my inventory and mined more - and this time I picked up the new ore.
  5. I dropped some of the iron on the ground, and it picked back up okay.
  6. I dropped ALL of the iron ore on the ground, and it was gone forever.
  7. This makes me think there is a bug in Iron Backpacks where it is possible for a void upgrade to get "stuck" somehow; possibly by throwing your iron backpack in a trash can; the backpack is gone, but the upgrade effect keeps working (even when the backpack is not in your inventory) and cannot be over-ridden (the "trashed" backback upgrade seems to work regardless of whether you have a new backpack or not, and regardless of if it is equipped.)
Crappy work around: Now I have to carry around a vacuum chest so I can use it to get one of whatever I am mining; otherwise the items get permanently voided.

Is there no location where the Upgrade information (Void filter list) is kept that I can simply delete to fix this problem? (Using NBT edit if need be?)

Disregard, something finally occurred to me and I hit my "wear backpack" key - and the second backpack popped into view; inside were all the missing ores. Thanks for your patience, my apologies, close the thread! (Maybe it will help someone else)
