DW20 .13 update problem

I just updated to the new 1.0.13 version and all my thaumcraft research has been reset.

I still have the aspects discovered and my supply of research points is still there but all discoveries in the thauminomicon are locked again. is there anything I can do or just wait till this is patched?

Please Advise

p.s. did you know that you can re-scan ender chests, pouches and tanks repeatedly as long as you change the color code?
 
You can enable the thaumcraft cheat sheet in the config then cheat it in and open it. It will give you all research.
