Problem DW20 1.7.10 help

Dont know if this is the right area but i have been trying to setup a Direwold20 1.7.10 server for a few friends and i. We want plugins and can't seam to get a working server. I was hoping for 1 of 2 things.

1) can someone post a link to a download of a working 1.7.10 dw20 server or

2) post working links to where the files are that are needed and a well written explanation on how to set it up.

If you want plugins, you need Cauldron. Note that Mystcraft and Fastcraft are not compatible with Cauldron.
