I see it in the pack, is it loot only?

I've gone through 3 stacks of books on a helm in an enchant/disenchant factory so far and no joy.

Honestly, just turn your brightness up. It's like 98% of what night vision is, only looks better.

Not sure if you can see the screenshots I posted. There seems to be a large difference between night vision and no night vision. I certainly find it helpful. I am willing to invest time to create the gear needed for night vision, if I can figure out how to get the book for it.

I found it. The book night vision enchant comes from Astral Sorcery. You can see the enchant occur on Direwolf20's video "Mod Spotlight Astral Sorcery Pt3" at about 16:22.
