DW20 1.10 block break issue

Title DW20 1.10 block break issue

Details of the issue I'm not seeing any logs related to this. However after playing last night I brought down the server today using "stop". I rebooted my system and started the server up again. Once up I logged in and attempted to break a stone block. It poofed. I broke a potato plant.. it poofed. Every time I break breaks but nothing drops. I restored from a world last night and the same thing is occurring. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. Is there a good place to look?

:) No, but that's a good guess. I went ahead and just blew the world away and started over.

Sorry creative mode just destroys blocks and you didn't have a log so wasn't sure what else it could be, never heard of that issue before.
