Drop,Pump Liquids in Floor?

Hello im a bit noob on FTB and i wanted to have some Biomass Full Room And i wanted to know how to Pump liquids on floor.

i don't think you can, biomass doeskin have a place-able form, the best you could do is a large xycraft tank

For humor's sake, you can actually break two blocks on a Xycraft tank.. step inside.. then re-form it by replacing the blocks and right clicking the valve from the INSIDE. That being said, do not do that in a tank full of liquid (duh). Still, a clever way of making a swim-tank!
