Details of the issue Always i trying open ServerStart and this shown up.Please help me.
 
ServerStart.sh or ServerStart.bat? Can you show screenshot/list of your server instance files?
 
Incompatible fml server means that the server and client have different version. Make sure you have the same client version as the server.
 
Well then problem was something else then described in the OP's log.
