Doing Round Robin with EnderIO?

With Thermal Expansion item ducts you can do round robin by making the color orange with a crescent hammer. Do the item conduits from EnderIO have similar functionality? If one cannot use the itemducts from Thermal Expansion then is there some other way to get the same or a similar effect?

Not in 1.6, not sure about 1.7. There is sticky mode, but that is only a somewhat alternative for green mode on itemducts.

Not that I know of. However, you can place a chest and use two item conduits coming out of that to effectively split the flow.
