What I have been trying is a small crossbreeding garden. Under the garden is the zycraft green blocks that speed growth and a lilypad of fertility from Xeno's Reliquary. I believe I have noticed some accelerated growth but I am not entirely sure. What I would like is confirmation on if either of those two mods has actually has an effect. If they both happen be working, are their affects stacking? Has anyone else tried this combination before?
Does IC2 Agriculture mix with other mods?

Never tried it but I would imagine both work fine. Xysoil provides fertility of tilled soil by water while the lilypad increases the ticks plants go through IIRC. Thought if you want your plants grown faster you can use the IC2 fertilizer for instant growth IIRC.
XySoil: I couldn't get crops to go on them. Are you putting them under dirt and planting crops on that? In that case it shouldn't have any effect.
Lilypad: The effect is stackable. Go nuts with them on a test world (or if you have a ton of them legit lol) and if you're still not sure they're growing faster, then it doesn't work.

Legit world. Yes I have dirt blocks on top. I was just trying it out. I had heard that the soil could translate its affects to the block above. But that could only be in the case of soil on soil. That is the reason I was looking for confirmation. I got the idea from watching Direwolf20's server play season 4. I believe Chickenbones (can't remember who exactly) stacked ridiculous amount of Xycraft soil and crashed the server due to a slight coding bug in the affect transfer. The bug caused exponential growth. That bug was fixed but I was still curious to try the affect. I was rather disappointed that IC2 crop sticks didn't plant directly on the soil blocks.
I'm actually watching Direwolf20's Season 4 LP. I don't know how specifically the two mods affect growth. Unfortunately the zycraft soil is of no major use in the IC2 farming from what I have researched. May make z-soil more for some sugar cane production though....I need a lot of paper. Thanks for all the input.
