Does anyone else get easily sidetracked when playing modpacks?

I think I actually have the attention span of a squirrel. I’ll be smelting one thing, then building another thing, and farming something all at the same time, then realize that I probably should go to the nether and mine for some ores, THEN come back and realize that I forgot to take my stuff out of the furnace.

I love modded Minecraft but my ADHD has a field day whenever I play.

I have been sidetracked entire days from completing something i was totally invested into crafting. So much to do in those big packs!
