Do Enable/Disable NEI can mess up a world?

While NEI can be usefull for fast crafting, research, Tcontruct tool tip and etc. The mod give me occasionaly mouse lag with can be annoying over time.

So if im on a mining or exploration session, i disable it and enable craftguide for basic crafting recipe.

As the title said, can it damage, corrupt or something anything else to my world file by doing this over time?

Mod im Enable/Disable:
NotEnoughItem, CodeChickenCore, Nei Addons, InPureCore for CraftGuide.
 
I would recommend not disabling codechickencore, because it is used for other mods (all of chickenbones mods use it), but the rest should be fine.
