dns error with dist.creeper.host

i cant reach the dns of dist.creeper.host, when i ping it says like port of destination inaccesible, and i cant find any solution,

and when i try to enter in the creeper host,my internet service say like if where a danger site,maybe they where hacked or it because they are making a new website?
