Direwolf's "Void World" endgame Mystcraft world

So my friend is telling me about direwolf's latest series (Series 7). Now, I'm completely new to the series, yet not new to the guy doing them.
Anyway, my friend continues talking about "usually he's in a Void Age at the end of his series", and mentions how direwolf seems to be dragging the series out longer due to preparing for the 1.8 update of the pack.

But my question goes to the long-time direwolf20 Let's Play watchers, of if you guys remember what he used as his "Void Age". I personally just want him to get into MystCraft of this series, but where I am, he's getting further into Botanica instead.
Here I'm picturing a completely dark, desolate age, with floating islands. Is this what he used?

Nope.

Even more void, even more desolate.

Black sky or ender sky, and no floating islands at all.

Normally done with mystcraft. Do remember he does have cheats and he IS admin/op on the server it runs on, so if he shows a book, it might not actually BE the book needed to make that void stable. He can just load in the OP book, or toggle instability.

I'm actually hoping he uses the Extra Utilities void age this time.

Me too!

I like the ExU void age. It always feels like a waste to me to use Mystcraft to build an entire void age just to contain one house while everyone else has their own identical void ages for their houses. Having one communal void age in the form of ExU's seems like a much more fun idea to me. ^.^

I used to remember how to make his void age. I think the grammar in the latest Mystcraft changed slightly but yeah, a true void void age, no structures except spawning platform, unmoving noon-time sun, possibly black sun, no stars or ender star field, black sky. I may try to write one if I find all the pages. I haven't gone on a page hunting expedition in a while.
