Problem Direwolf20 (v1.0.4) Server Won't Start

So I have set aside 8G of memory both xmx and xms So i shouldn't be getting any errors. I get through the server loadup and it throws and out of Memory Issue and then server stops. Below is the Log from the command line as I couldn't find a crash log.

try adding -XXermSize=256m to your java startup.

Edit: -XX(colon)PermSize=256m

Side note, ram doesn't affect in game performance or errors, at all. Mods, plugins, config etc do.

It sounds like you are new to being a server admin, welcome! @Gravenlord's solution should be able to fix this problem.
