Windows .exe Direwolf20 v. 1.0.3 crashing

When you start up Dire's latest version: 1.0.3 it crashes and says that forge multipart universal is duplicated,

To fix this delete forge multipart universal 1.0.0.212 and it should start. To locate this go into your FTB install folder, direwolf 20, mods, 1.6.4, then the forge multipart 1.0.0.212.jar needs to be deleted
