Direwolf20 modpack nether issues

I upgraded to the latest version of the Direwolf20 modpack and now i cannot enter the nether. Not sure if i have missed anything but have reloaded an old world save and nothing.
Also tried going back to the old mods and version of forge i was using before and still nothing. Is there a config thats disabling the nether?
