Windows .exe (direwolf20 mod pack)Filler Not loading any of the fill recipes

I've been having a problem with the filler lately on the direwolf20 modpack where it will allow me to craft it but when I put down the landmarks and create the red work box, I put down the filler, but none of the recipes with the bricks and glass will show up, applying power does nothing. I'm not sure what to do, I do have two additional mods installed, IC2 Backpack HUD, and MobDismemberment/MobAmputation, but I'm completely sure that those three would not affect the filler. Any help would be appriciated, and thank you. Also here is a picture to show what happens.

Are you playing creative? If so, make sure you are using bricks and not brick slabs.
