Direwolf20 glitch block?

Details of the issue:
So I placed a Fir Fancy Sign. And once I clicked escape this block appeared. It is invisible but you can still partially see it. And you can break blocks through it. But you cant break this... Here is a photo: http://imgur.com/bamvMau you can barely see it but it is in the middle of the screenshot... If you know how to fix it please tell me it is very annoying... Thanks! :D​
