Problem Direwolf20 - Exception ticking world

OK so most of the time I can find a solution to most problem by googling the error, but this one has me a bit perplex. I have tried peaceful and setting mobs spawning to 0, set the date to a non-holiday month, disable seasonal in railcraft, you name I have done it. I have created a new server and it does not get the error message but once I add in the save world folder from previous server it crashes. Starting over is not a option ATM but if that is the only way to get past this I may have to convince my friends of starting over again

OS: Centos 6
Ram: 8GB
Disk: 128GB SSD
Direwolf20 1.6.4
