Windows .exe Direwolf20 Crashing due to arcane bore

Whats the bug?: When I placed down the arcane bore and tried to activate it, it causes a crash. and now I cannot load up the server without it causing to crash while its loading up. So now I cant play!
Can it be repeated?: Yes everytime I load up the server
Known Fix: None

Please help me to find a way to fix this but keep my current world, Ive got so far!

You could mcedit out the block at the location below. This should at least allow you to load up your world. Do a backup incase of problems or you do something wrong.

Block location: World: (-97,13,-2)

If the problem still persists then make sure you are not doing something wrong. The I would suggest posting your crash log in the requested format here as it maybe a bug.
