Direwolf20 crash

I'm having problems with the Direwolf20 pack. I updated it, it worked but I saw Biomes O Plenty wasn't installed. Logged out enabled mod, tried again. Crashed. I just had to reinstall the entire thing because the launcher wouldn't even load, just tried to play Direwolf20 again. Loaded up, I still wanted Biomes O Plenty, enabled it to see if it'd work; nope. Crashed again. Tried to disable Biomes O Plenty; nope. I can't even do that.

This is super frustrating since I know the Dire pack and like it but I can't play it and I can't do anything it seems to make it run and I'm not tech savvy enough to know how to go into the real config files to edit stuff out that I might need to to fix this :/

Well, the crashlog shows an ID conflict - Biomes O' Plenty has assigned an identification number to an item which has already been assigned to another item, in this case that other item being the enderchest or the endertank, I'm not completely sure. This generally is a very mild error as you can pretty easily fix it.
After having spent some time to confirm and look up that issue I found out that it is the one that got an announcement about two weeks ago:

It might be wise to wait and see what comes out of it if you wanna be playing your world for a few weeks or months and wanna be able to update the modpack without destroying your world.
For the future it might also be wise to consult the forums or even google when faced with such a problem. This way you don't have to wait for other people answering you; and those people don't have to spend time looking into it for you. ;-)

Okay. I'll just sit on it then until the pack is updated.
Looks like I'm playing vanilla for a while!
