Direwolf20 1.7 going slow, memory leak I think

Details of the issue:
I upgraded to 1.3.1 over the weekend and today it has just started crawling along. I found a 26GB log file and deleting that cleared it for a bit and now it's just crawling again. Any ideas?​
 
There really isnt anything like that running on the server, it's my day to day PC but it does have 32GB of ram in it.too but I have been running the server for a long time it just started to lag badly.
