My electrical engine doesn't seem to work properly. It seems to get a little bit of power since it changes color but it doesn't move like it used to on previous mod pack versions. It doesn't have any pumping action what so ever. I'm trying to make it power a pulverizer. It's connected through copper cables to a batbox which is connected to a low voltage solar panel. The power is going through to the macerator/compressor/extractor. I also can't figure out how to rotate the electrical engine with any wrench like I remember doing a while back. It's a server hosted on creeperhost. I've googled to see if it was a known problem to no avail. I couldn't find anything helpful that relates to this problem thus far.

What you are trying to do no longer works sadly. The Thermal Expansions machines now runs on Redstone Flux (RF), where as the Forestry Electrical engine outputs Buildcraft MJ. There is no real easy way of converting MJ to RF. Try and use one of TEs Dynamos to power the machines instead. Sadly they do not supply IC2 Eu powered version.

You can however easily convert RF to MJ by connecting a MJ using machine up using TEs conduits. The conversion will automatically happen in the conduits connection.

EDIT: the electrical engine will not rotate because there is nothing for it to connect to. When you hit it with a wrench it normally shifts through possible hookup points, but since the TE machine is no longer a valid one, there is nothing to shift through.

Oh...Thanks! I thought something fishy was going on. I didn't think that they would have changed it so that it couldn't accept EU. :(

The electrical engine does in fact still accept EU, and it would work perfectly powering something like a BC quarry or Forestry Squeezer. But it cannot power the Thermal expansion machines any more.
