Direwolf20 1.6.4-1.0.16 server crash

Tech specs:
OS: Linux Ubuntu 64Bit
RAM (for mc server): 6GB out of 16GB
Java version: 1.7.0_25 64Bit

The server starts just fine until the world has finished loading then it crashes with an JSON exception from numina. I can run other FTB servers just fine (Magic Farm). It is a fresh installation with a new world and the only thing i have changed or added are the JVM flags: (changes are bold)
-server -Xms6G -Xmx6G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:parallelGCThreads=2 -XX:ConcGCThreads=1 -XX:permSize=128m

The whole computer is dedicated to MC servers so no other applications are running.

Modular Powersuits ias having problems loading its own recipes. Not sure how to fix that other then grabbing a fresh version of Numina, Modular Powersuits, and their config.
