Every time I try to launch I get Exit Code 0, it doesn't even get to the title screen. However sometimes it loads into vanilla Minecraft for some reason, I haven't figured out what causes that yet. I know it's something on PC causing it because it launches fine on my laptop. My java is updated and I've removed a bunch of possible conflicts but I can't figure it out. I've also tried almost every fix I could find other than 1 or 2 that required paid software. Well, the log says
[main/FATAL] [net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLCommonLaunchHandler/CORE]: Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.16.5-20210115.111550 at C:\Users\nylef\AppData\Local\.ftba\bin\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.16.5-36.1.23\forge-1.16.5-36.1.23-client.jar

Meaning the launcher can't find the Forge client jar to launch.

Also, despite you saying you have Java up-to-date the launcher is using 1.8.0_51 while the most up-to-date one is _291. So ensure you have all old versions of java uninstalled if you don't require them. If you don't know if you need the old version you can manually pick the java version in the settings of each mod pack.
